Everton has reached on the last stage in making a deal with the defender from Barcelona. They have proposed a deal of £17.5 million for Jean-Clair Todibo. Everton’s manager Carlo Ancelotti is trying to finish up the transfer business before summer ends. They are making quick plans to sign the player. The defender has been the part of the club for nearly a year and till now hasn’t settled in Spain.

Lothar Matthaus says that Carlo Ancelotti has been able to talk a deal with one of the best centre back of the current times. According to the Spanish sports outlet Sport, Everton had discussions with Jean Clair Todibo who is now currently playing for Barcelona as a centre back.

Everton centre-back Michael Kean has spoken fondly about manager Carlo Ancelotti, who has improved the club’s fortunes during the backend of the season.
