Everton are looking to strengthen in January, despite after spending several hundred millions back in the summer, according to manager Sam Allardyce. The former Bolton and West Ham manager recently took over at Goodison Park. He has become the third manager at Everton after the club parted company with Ronald Koeman only to witness similar poor performances under interim boss David Unsworth. Since the arrival of Allardyce, however, results have improved a lot at Goodison Park with the team going unbeaten in more than five matches.
This tremendous run of form is likely to be assisted further by a couple of signings in January, according to the manager.
