EVERTON COMPLETE SCHNEIDERLIN’S DEAL

The deal involving the move of Morgan Schneiderlin of Manchester United to Everton is set to be announced on Thursday.

Schneirderlin successfully passed his medical test on Wednesday, following a £22m move from Old Trafford.

The former Southampton player will be reunited with his former boss, Ronald Koeman at Goodison Park. Both men have been together successful while they were at St. Mary’s. Sources say the fee could rise to $24m with add-ons as he arrived at the club’s Finch Farm training site in the early hours of Wednesday afternoon as the move progressed

The erstwhile manager of united, Louis van Gaal had brought in the France international to Manchester united in a $24m deal in the summer of 2015 but has not found favour from Jose mourinho ever since he took over as manager last summer

In the past few months of the season, Schneirderlin has been limited to very short appearances in the premier league. He recorded starting 25 games with 4 substitute appearances in the premier league during his debut campaign at old Trafford.

After the 2-0 win of Mourinho over Hull city in the first leg of the Semi Final of the EFL cup on Tuesday, he was so confident of Schneirderlin’s move to Everton. He claimed he liked Schneirderlin a lot as a player on his team. He said that he would not stand in Schneirderlin’s way.

When asked about Schneirderlin, Mourinho had this to say: “great professional. Fantastic boy, very honest, very open and he opened his heart a couple of times and my answer is simple: if he’s playing regular with me i have the right to say no way, if he’s not playing regular with me, i have no right to tell a player that if he wants to be happy you’re going nowhere.”

He also commented about the offer, saying that it was right and the board thinks the offer is good, he would never stop Morgan. Due to a continued interest over Schneirderlin by Everton, they (Everton) beat West brom to the move.
